All referrals can be submitted either through our secure online portal or by post.
Please note that email referrals are no longer GDPR compliant.
Once we receive a referral, our team will contact the patient directly to arrange an appointment.
The initial consultation usually takes 30–60 minutes and includes:
- a full medical and social history,
- a comprehensive clinical examination,
- appropriate radiographs.
Treatment options will then be discussed in detail with the patient. For more complex cases, additional visits may be required, alongside diagnostic models or a CBCT scan.
A full written report, along with any radiographs, will be provided to you as the referring dentist.
The patient will also receive a written treatment plan with an estimate of fees.
As treatment progresses, we will keep you informed with regular updates while ensuring patients continue their routine care with their general dentist.
Referral Policy
- Patients will only be treated for the concerns outlined in the referral.
- Detailed reports are shared with both the referring dentist and the patient.
- No treatment will begin without the patient’s full consent and a clear estimate of fees.
- Any concerns or queries will be addressed promptly by our team.
