Dr. Chandan Mepani
Dr. Chandan Mepani graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Dental School at King’s College London in 2010. His journey into dentistry began after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Anatomy, Cell & Human Biology in 2005, also at King’s College London. Driven by a desire to apply his scientific knowledge in a clinical setting, he decided to pursue a career in dentistry.
After completing his vocational training in Tring, Dr. Mepani worked in various mixed dental practices across London and Hertfordshire, where he provided a wide range of general dental services. With a strong motivation for excellence, he developed a special interest in conservative, restorative, and aesthetic dentistry, focusing on composite restorations, crowns and bridges, and endodontic treatments (root canal therapy). He takes great pride in delivering high-quality dental care and is dedicated to the ongoing health and satisfaction of his patients.
In 2014, Dr. Mepani furthered his expertise by earning a Postgraduate Certificate in Restorative Dentistry from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute. To stay current with evolving techniques, he has participated in advanced courses, including those by Style Italiano and Smile fast, specifically targeting composite veneers and bonding techniques. In 2025, he enhanced his skills in composite bonding through training with Prosthoworks, Simplifi, and the Mini Smile Makeover courses. Known for his gentle demeanour and excellent communication skills, Dr. Mepani excels in treating anxious patients, ensuring they feel comfortable during their visits. He is also a certified Invisalign Comprehensive provider.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mepani is an avid sportsman and musician. He maintains a daily gym routine, enjoys swimming, and trains in Muay Thai kickboxing, working towards a diploma in personal fitness training. He has a passion for music, playing various instruments and exploring different genres. In his free time, he cherishes moments spent with family, friends, and his beloved dog.
