What is Laser Vascular Lesion Treatment?

Laser Vascular Lesion Treatment is a non-invasive cosmetic laser procedure that targets visible blood vessels beneath the skin’s surface.

The laser emits light energy absorbed by the haemoglobin within the vessels, causing them to safely collapse and fade over time — without damaging surrounding skin tissue.

About the Treatment

This innovative technology is ideal for individuals struggling with facial redness.
The Leonardo system precisely targets and closes or constricts dilated blood vessels without damaging surrounding tissues.

A network of superficial blood vessels, visible as redness on the cheeks or nose, is eliminated by accumulating heat inside the vessel, causing it to close.

For optimal results, 3–4 sessions every 21 days are recommended.
Because vascular skin requires gradual improvement, not all superficial vessels can be treated in one session.

Laser Vascular Lesion Treatment: What to Expect

1. Consultation & Skin Assessment
   Your clinician will review your skin condition, medical history, and desired results. During this complimentary consultation, a personalised treatment plan will be created to match your skin type and vascular concerns.
2. Treatment Session
   During the procedure, the specialist applies the device’s crystal tip to the skin, using a filter suited to your treatment (for vascular issues, use filter 530).
   You may feel a mild warmth or gentle tingling, but the Leonardo procedure is completely painless.
   The treatment lasts from a few to several minutes, depending on the size of the treated area.
   Afterward, a moisturizing preparation and SPF protection are applied.
3. Post-Treatment Care
   After treatment use sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily and moisturize the skin with gentle, hydrating products. Mild redness or swelling may appear but usually resolves within hours. Over the following weeks, treated vessels diminish, leaving smoother, clearer skin.
